Clear terms for online booking, guarantee payment and cancellations.
Website information
The website presents private boat trips, fishing trips and custom routes from Kissamos / Kavonisi to Balos, Gramvousa and other West Crete destinations. Descriptions, prices, offers and times may be updated without prior notice.
Online booking guarantee
To secure a selected date and time, the customer pays an online booking guarantee of 50€ through Stripe. The guarantee is not an extra charge. It is deducted from the final trip amount.
Remaining balance on arrival
The remaining balance is paid on arrival, before departure, according to the final price of the selected trip, private cruise, time slot, offer or discount code.
Bookings without online prepayment
When online prepayment is disabled by the business, the booking request is recorded without immediate online payment. To secure the date and verify the reservation, a representative of the business may contact the customer to confirm details, schedule and final trip information.
Non-refundable guarantee
The booking guarantee is non-refundable in case of customer cancellation, late arrival that prevents the trip from operating, or no-show. The purpose of the guarantee is to secure a date and time and cover the loss of other possible bookings for the same slot.
Business cancellation / weather
Sea activities depend on weather, port and operational conditions. For safety reasons, the business may change the time, route, date or cancel the trip. If the trip cannot operate by decision of the business due to weather or safety, a new date or appropriate handling of the payment will be arranged according to applicable law.
Customer responsibility
The customer is responsible for correct contact details, timely arrival, informing us about children or special requirements and following the captain’s safety instructions.
Offers and discount codes
Offers and discount codes apply according to their own duration, usage limit and percentage. A discount reduces the final trip price and not necessarily the online guarantee.
